Leica iCON iGD1 – CoPilot Solution1D automatic dozer blade control.

An easy-to-use solution that allows operators to set a desired slope/grade reference and automatically holds that slope/grade without the need for lasers, masts or GNSS. By automatically adjusting the blade position, CoPilot enables operators at any experience level to easily achieve and maintain a smooth surface, slope or grade without the need for additional passes and re-work, reducing fuel and labour costs. Reduce reworkHit the correct grade the first time. You can set the target slope and start dozing immediately with the auto target function. The elevation of the blade is controlled automatically by the CoPilot system.

The iGD CoPilot eliminates the creation of washboard surfaces and incorrect cross slope of the blade. As a result, beginner operators are able deliver professional results, leading to reduced costs caused by rework and wear and tear.
